摘 要:本文以信贷业务为切入点,通过Hotelling模型模拟商业银行与金融科技公司在贷款领域的渠道竞争;在此基础上,构建两阶段竞合博弈框架论证双方合作的可能性,尝试解释商业银行与金融科技公司竞争格局演变的内在逻辑,以及影响合作的关键因素。结果表明:(1)在竞争情境下,商业银行与金融科技公司技术水平提高、风控能力改善以及管理效率提升均能够改善经营收益;(2)商业银行与金融科技公司在竞争的同时存在合作可能,影响合作意愿的因素包括信贷服务能力、客户粘性等。This paper takes credit business as the starting point and simulates the channel competition between commer-cial banks and fintech companies in the loan field through the Hotelling model.On this basis,a two-stage coopetitive game framework is constructed to demonstrate the possibility of cooperation between the two parties,attempting to explain the internal logic of the evolution of the competitive landscape between the two parties,as well as the key factors affecting cooperation.The research results indicate that,firstly,in competitive situations,the improvement of technological level,risk control capability,and management efficiency of commercial banks and fintech companies can all improve their operat-ing income;Secondly,there is a possibility of cooperation between commercial banks and fintech companies while compet-ing,and factors that affect the willingness to cooperate include credit service capabilities,customer stickiness,etc.
