摘 要:采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同浓度Eu^(3+)离子掺杂的立方结构Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7)红色荧光粉,并研究了其晶体结构、形貌、发光特性以及热稳定性、耐水性和内量子效率。结果表明,合成的样品为纯相,Eu^(3+)取代Gd^(3+)的位点,且Eu^(3+)离子占据了非中心对称的位置。Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7):Eu^(3+)荧光粉可以被蓝光很好地激发,Eu^(3+)离子的最佳掺杂浓度为20%(摩尔分数)。此掺杂浓度的样品的能隙值为3.88 eV,荧光寿命为1.33 ms,红光色纯度高且发光颜色不受温度影响,具有优良的热稳定性。同时,在被水浸泡72 h后还能保持约原有强度的75%,说明此氧化物荧光粉有较好的耐水性。测试的内量子效率约为70.90%,表明Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7):0.2Eu^(3+)是一种高效的荧光粉。Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7) cubic red phosphors doped with Eu^(3+) ions at different concentrations were prepared by solgel method, and their crystal structure, morphology, luminescence properties, thermal stability water resistance and internal quantum efficiency were investigated. The results show that the synthesized samples hare pure phase, Eu^(3+) replaces the site of Gd^(3+), and Eu^(3+) ion occupies the asymmetric center position. Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7):Eu^(3+) phosphors can be well excited by blue light, with the best doped Eu^(3+) ions concentration of 20%. The energy gap value of the doping concentration of sample is 3.88 eV, the fluorescence lifetime is 1.33 ms, red color of high purity and light color are not affected by temperature. At the same time, after being soaked in water for 72 h, it can maintain about 75% of the original strength, indicating that this oxide phosphor has good resistance to water.The internal quantum efficiency measured is about 70.90%, indicating that Gd_(2)Zr_(2)O_(7):0.2Eu^(3+) is a highly efficient phosphor.
