摘 要:接触面加工误差是影响航空齿轮泵性能的敏感因素,有必要研究接触面尺寸公差对航空齿轮泵外特性的影响规律。选取泵体内部3种主要接触面(泵腔内表面、齿顶面和齿面),分别建立存在尺寸公差的实际模型,并与无公差的理想模型进行对比。利用RNG k-ε湍流模型三维瞬态流场数值模拟,推导出基于公差的径向泄漏量数学模型,揭示不同接触面公差对泵外特性的影响规律。研究表明:接触面公差降低了容积效率,缓解了流量脉动与压力脉动,使得相邻腔室间压力梯度下降;其中齿面公差对泵的流量、压力特性最为敏感。齿面公差的存在使得容积效率、瞬时流量算术平均偏差及瞬时压力算术平均偏差分别下降4.7%、31.8%和39.3%。此外,齿面公差有效缓解困油区压力和减少齿轮激励力,而齿顶与泵腔接触面公差对其影响不大。The machining error of the contact surface is a sensitive factor affecting the performance of the aviation gear pump.It is necessary to study the influence of the dimensional tolerance of the contact surface on the external characteristics of the aviation gear pump.Three main contact surfaces inside the pump body(inner surface,addendum,gear surface)are selected,and the actual models with dimensional tolerances are established respectively,and compared with the ideal model without tolerance.Utilizing RNG k-εnumerical simulation of three-dimensional transient flow field using turbulence model,derivation of a tolerance-based radial leakage mathematical model,and revelation of the influence of different contact surface tolerance on pump external characteristics.The results show that the contact surface tolerance reduces volumetric efficiency,alleviates flow pulsation and pressure fluctuation,and leads to a decrease in pressure gradient between adjacent chambers.The tooth surface tolerance is the most sensitive to the flow characteristic and pressure characteristic of the pump.The presence of tooth surface tolerance reduces the volumetric efficiency,instantaneous flow arithmetic mean deviation and instantaneous pressure arithmetic mean deviation by 4.7%,31.8%,and 39.3%,respectively.In addition,the tooth surface tolerance effectively alleviates the pressure in the trapped oil area and reduces the gear excitation force,while the tooth top and pump cavity contact surface tolerance have little effect on it.
