促进风光装备产业集群发展 加快国家清洁能源基地建设的对策研究

摘　　要：“双碳”背景下,我国在风光装备产业领域优势明显,拥有强大科研实力、大规模市场需求,具备良好基础条件、发展潜力和市场前景。同时也面临:核心技术有待突破,指标、分配方式有待明确;装备升级、循环再利用机制有待完善;国际“贸易保护主义”蔓延,影响出口等“瓶颈”,应充分发挥装备产业基础完善、科创资源富集等优势,抢抓机遇期,以科技创新为核心,加快核心技术攻关,加大引导基金支持力度,组团“走出去”,提升产业国际竞争力。Under the background of "dual carbon",China has obvious advantages in the field of wind and solar equipment industry,with strong scientific research capabilities,large-scale market demand,good basic conditions,development potential,and market prospects.At the same time,it also faces the need for breakthroughs in core technologies,and the need for clear indicators and allocation methods;The mechanism for equipment upgrading and recycling needs to be improved;The spread of international "trade protectionism" has affected exports and other "bottlenecks".We should fully leverage the advantages of a sound equipment industry foundation and abundant scientific and technological innovation resources,seize the opportunity period,focus on scientific and technological innovation,accelerate core technology research and development,increase guidance fund support,form groups to "go out",and enhance the international competitiveness of the industry.
