摘　　要：微信聊天记录作为一种特殊的电子证据,在民事诉讼中发挥了重要的凭证价值。立足电子文件管理视角,结合相关法律规定,通过分析120个以微信聊天记录为证据的民事借贷案件,研究总结出当前司法实践中微信聊天记录真实性认定现状,讨论档案学与法学领域电子文件真实性内涵异同,提出保障策略,以期推动和规范微信聊天记录真实性保障工作。As a special type of electronic evidence,WeChat chat records have played an important role in civil litigation as evidence.From the perspective of electronic documents management,based on relevant legal provisions,this paper analyzes 120 civil lending cases with WeChat chat records as evidence,studies and summarizes the status quo of authenticity assessment of WeChat chat records in the current judicial practice in China,discusses the similarities and differences in the connotation of the authenticity of electronic documents in the fields of archival science and law,and puts forward strategies for ensuring the authenticity,so as to advance and standardize the authenticity guarantee work of WeChat chat records.
