摘　　要：跨界合作的优势是能有效地整合各类资源,增进高校档案馆与其他机构或企业之间的信息共享,促进高校档案馆的数字化转型,从而提高档案管理工作的效率和水平。通过梳理跨界合作背景下高校档案馆社会职能的内涵和特征,阐述制度与政策在高校档案馆实现跨界合作方面的重要作用。经问题分析、关键要素、合作模式等方面的论述,深入探讨了跨界合作视域下高校档案馆社会职能的实践路径,为高校档案馆的转型发展提供借鉴和参考。The advantage of cross-disciplinary cooperation is that it can effectively integrate various resources,enhance the information sharing between university archives and other institutions or businesses,promote the digital transformation of university archives,and thereby increase the efficiency and level of archives management work.This paper expounds on the important role of institution and policy in implementing cross-disciplinary cooperation by clarifying the connotation and characteristics of social functions of university archives under the background of cross-disciplinary cooperation.Through discussion about problem analysis,key elements,and models of cooperation,it explores the practical paths of social functions of university archives in the context of cross-disciplinary cooperation,providing reference and suggestions for the transformation and development of university archives.
