摘　　要：党的十九大提出的乡村振兴战略,给村级档案管理工作带来了新机遇,但也提出了更高的要求,当前学术界的相关研究较少关注“村级档案管理工作”。据此,文章通过深度访谈法对福建省龙岩市长汀县下辖五个村的档案管理工作情况进行了调研,指出存在的四个问题,并在此基础上提出四个对策。The rural revitalization strategy proposed by the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has brought new opportunities for village-level archives management,but it also puts forward higher requirements.The relevant research of the current academia pays little attention to village-level archives management.Based on this,this paper investigates the village-level archives management of five villages under the jurisdiction of Changting county,Longyan city,Fujian province through in-depth interview,points out four problems,and puts forward four countermeasures on this basis.
