摘　　要：关东银行的发展历史是中国共产党建设旅大地区的新民主主义金融事业的历程。抗日战争胜利后,中国共产党对旅大地区混乱的金融体系进行了改组。旅大金融体系经历了从三行并存到关东银行建立,最终成立东北银行旅大分行的过程。在此期间,中国共产党为恢复经济建设、获得全国解放战争胜利、改善人民生活,施行了货币改革、存款贷款等业务措施,探索出新民主主义金融发展道路,为新中国成立后金融事业的发展提供了宝贵经验。The development history of Kanto Bank is the process of the CPC building a new democratic financial cause in Lvshun and Dalian area.After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the CPC reorganized the chaotic financial system in Lvshun and Dalian area.The financial system in Lvshun and Dalian has gone through a process from the coexistence of three banks to the establishment of the Kanto Bank,and finally to the establishment of the Lvda Branch of the Northeast Bank.During this period,in order to resume economic construction,win the victory of the national liberation war,and improve people's lives,the CPC carried out monetary reform,deposit and loan and other business measures,explored the new democratic financial development path,and provided valuable experience for the development of the financial cause after the founding of the People's Republic of China.
