摘　　要：随着信息科技的快速发展及应用的不断拓展,电商行业日益壮大,供应链的金融主体也产生了变化,已由传统的核心企业转变为跨境电商平台。在银行、跨境电商企业、融资企业组成的新型供应链金融模式下,各项金融服务依托信息技术支撑开展。然而,鉴于供应链的多主体性、多环节化等因素,跨境电商供应链所包含的风险分散性较强,尤其是在当前国际经济形势复杂多变的背景下,跨境电商供应链金融所面临的风险成倍增长。基于此,本文通过深入分析跨境电商供应链金融所隐藏的风险的成因,提出切实可行的防范策略,以期为加强跨境电商供应链金融风险管理贡献一份微薄之力。With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous expansion of application,the e-commerce industry is growing stronger,and the financial entities in the supply chain have transformed from traditional core enterprises to cross-border e-commerce platforms.Under the new supply chain finance model composed of banks,cross-border e-commerce enterprises,and financing enterprises,various financial services are supported by information technology.However,given the multiple entities and multiple links of the supply chain,cross-border e-commerce supply chains contain strong risk diversification.Especially in the current complex and ever-changing international economic situation,the risks faced by cross-border e-commerce supply chain finance are increasing exponentially.Based on this,through in-depth analysis of the causes of hidden risks in cross-border e-commerce supply chain finance,practical and feasible prevention strategies are proposed,so as to contribute to strengthening the risk management of cross-border e-commerce supply chain finance.
