摘 要:利用丙氨酸重氮化反应对玻璃碳电极(GCE)基底进行分子接枝预处理,再用电沉积法将一种含钌d-f氰桥配位聚合物(Lu-Ru-Fe CyHMCPs)修饰在其表面制成复合修饰电极(Lu-Ru-Fe CyHMCPs/GCE).用SEM和XPS对修饰材料成分进行了表征.以此修饰电极为工作电极,研究了氧化态辅酶Ⅰ(NAD+)和β-烟酰胺单核苷酸(NMN)的电还原伏安行为,据此建立了一种用预电解伏安法测定NAD+和NMN的电化学分析法.结果表明,NAD+的两段线性范围为0.1~5.0和5.0~9.0 mmol·L^(-1),检出限(3σ)为0.030 mmol·L^(-1);NMN的线性范围为0.1~10 mmol·L^(-1),检出限(3σ)为0.028 mmol·L^(-1).采用标准加入法定量测定了市售抗衰老营养品实样中的NAD+及NMN含量,结果令人满意.In this work,the glass carbon electrode(GCE)was firstly pre-treated with the molecular grafting using an alanine diazotization reaction,and then a d-f cyano-bridged heterometallic coordination polymer(Lu-Ru-Fe CyHMCPs)was modified on the above-mentioned electrode surface by electrodeposition method to make Lu-Ru-Fe CyHMCPs/GCE.The composition of the modified materials was characterized by SEM and XPS.When the modified electrode was applied as a working electrode,the voltammetric behavior of two compounds,such as oxidized coenzyme I(NAD+)andβ-nicotinamide mononucleotide(NMN),were studied in detail.The results showed that the two segments linear range of NAD+is 0.1~5.0 and 5.0~9.0 mmol·L^(-1).The detection limit(3σ)is 0.030 mmol·L^(-1).Meanwhile,the linear range of NMN is 0.1~10 mmol·L^(-1),and detection limit(3σ)is 0.028 mmol·L^(-1).The standard addition method is used to determine the NAD+and NMN contents in the actual samples of anti-aging nutritional products on the market,and the results are satisfactory.
