住区形态与社会网络的相关性研究——以昆明市为例

摘　　要：由于城市发展已经逐步走向存量更新阶段,追求功能性的城市虽然为人们带来了某些生活工作上的便利,但人与人之间的社会联系逐渐淡漠的弊端也逐渐显现。本文从现代住区的形态出发,利用社会网络研究的视角,对住区形态与社会网络的相关性进行了研究。根据形态类型学从空间组合、路网层级、空间类型划分分析了昆明市住区形态特征,再根据社会网络研究方法利用UCINET软件对住区公共物质空间网络、行为活动网络进行了量化分析,对比二者模型分析总结规律。以期为城市住区发展及更新研究提供依据和参考。As urban development has gradually moved to-wards the stage of stock renewal,cities that once blindly pursued functionality have brought convenience to people’s lives,but the drawbacks of gradually fading social connec-tions between people have also become apparent.This ar-ticle starts from the form of modern residential areas and uses the perspective of social network research to study the correlation between residential area form and social network.Based on morphological typology,the morpho-logical characteristics of residential areas in Kunming City were analyzed from the perspectives of spatial combina-tion,road network hierarchy,and spatial type classification.Then,using social network research methods and using UCINET software,quantitative analysis was conducted on the public material space network and behavioral activity network of residential areas,and the patterns of the two were compared and summarized,to provide reference for the development and renewal research of urban residential areas.
