全龄共享视角下的城市住区小微绿地改造设计思路探索——以北京市石景山区古城街道天骄美地微空间改造提升项目为例

摘　　要：城市住区小微绿地作为居民生活空间的重要组成部分,其改造设计对于改善居住环境品质、提升居民归属感和幸福感具有重要意义。本文以小微绿地改造提升实践项目为例,通过分析周边环境、用地现状和居民需求,提出设计策略,进而探索全龄共享视角下的城市住区小微绿地改造设计思路,提出安全宜居、代际交流、资源再生、绿色生态四个主题,以期为今后小微绿地改造设计提供参考。Small and micro green spaces in urban residential areas are regarded an important part of the living space for the residents.The upgrading design of such spaces is of great significance in improving the quality of living environ-ment and promoting the perception of affiliation and happi-ness among the residents.This paper takes as an example a practical project of a small green space renovation,car-ries out analysis of surrounding conditions,actuality of the site and the needs of the residents,proposes design strat-egies and furtherly probes into design thinking for small and micro green space upgrading in urban residential areas from the view of all-age sharing,with“securable&livable”,“inter-generation communication”,“resource recycling”and“green ecology”put forward as four subjects as reference for small and micro green space upgrading in the future.
