儿童安全通学街道的优化路径研究——基于国外经验的分析

摘　　要：通学街道是儿童通学出行和社会性活动的重要承载空间,建设儿童安全通学街道成为推动儿童友好型社会的重要一环。本文通过分析国外关于儿童安全上学道路建设的优秀案例,认为交通的安全性、社区环境的友好性、政策措施以及多组织合作的开发模式是营造儿童安全通学街道的核心要素。进一步选择石油南路小学通学街道,采用实地调研和问卷调查方式,在厘清现状问题基础上,从道路交通设计、公共空间设计、政策治理和多主体合作四个维度提出了具体的优化策略。School street is an important bearing space for children‘s school travel and social activities.The construc-tion of children‘s safe school street has become an impor-tant part of promoting a child-friendly society.By analyzing the successful cases of foreign countries on the construc-tion of children‘s safe school roads,the study recognizes that the safety of traffic,the friendliness of the community environment,policy measures and the development model of multi-organization cooperation are the core elements of creating a safe school street for children.Furtherly,by se-lecting the road to South petroleum Road Primary School,the study uses field research and questionnaire survey methods,identifies current problems,and puts forward specific optimization strategies from the four dimensions of road traffic design,public space transformation,policy governance and multi-agent cooperation.
