村域土地资源适宜性评价及其格局优化——以福建南靖金山镇十村为例

摘　　要：土地资源作为乡村发展的基础条件,在乡村振兴中扮演着重要角色。本文以福建省南靖县金山镇十村为例,运用MCR模型获得土地适宜性分区,并将其与现状土地利用性质对比,识别得到各类用地的冲突斑块。研究遵循生态功能保护优先、基本农田不减少、耕地总量保持平衡、集约节约以及高效利用的原则优化冲突斑块,并通过景观格局指数的计算验证了优化方案的科学性与合理性。研究结果表明:优化调整后,生态保护区用地面积同比增加112.3ha,生产用地和生活用地同比减少103.19ha和7.76ha,实现了生态保护、农业生产用地及建设用地更加集约节约等规划目标。这一方法将有助于促进土地资源的协调发展,实现村域土地资源的高效利用,助力乡村振兴。Land resources,as the fundamental condition for rural development,play a crucial role in rural revitaliza-tion.This study takes ten villages in Jingshan Town,Nanjing County,Fujian Province as an example and utilizes the MCR model to obtain land suitability zoning.Contrasting it with the current land use status,various conflicting patches of land are identified.Following principles of prioritizing eco-logical function conservation,maintaining the total amount of basic farmland,balancing the total amount of cultivated land,intensification,conservation,and efficient utilization,conflict patches are optimized.The scientific and rationality of the optimization scheme are verified through the calcula-tion of landscape pattern indices.The results indicate that after optimization,the area of land in ecological protection zones increased by 112.3 hectares compared to the previ-ous year,while areas for production and living decreased by 103.19 hectares and 7.76 hectares respectively.This op-timization achieved planning objectives such as ecological protection,intensification,and conservation of agricultural production land and construction land.This method will contribute to promoting the coordinated development of land resources,achieving efficient utilization of village land resources,and supporting rural revitalization.
