摘　　要：文章深入探讨了完整性管理理论在海外油田HSE隐患治理中的应用。针对海外油田设备管理水平偏低、人员管理理念单薄、先进专业技术利用不足等问题,文章提出了一种结合量化分析和专业化技术的创新管理思路,旨在提升HSE的整体管理水平。通过建立完善的设备档案、实施定期的设备检测和预防性维护、采用先进的技术手段进行设备状态监测和故障诊断等措施,成功地解决了老旧和易损设备带来的HSE隐患,显著降低了HSE风险。以某海外油田为例,详细介绍了完整性管理体系的建立、信息系统平台的搭建、基础数据录入系统、推进先进技术应用等方面的实践经验。实践结果表明,引入完整性管理理论后,海外油田的HSE管理水平得到了显著提升。这种管理方式不仅为海外油田的HSE管理提供了有益的参考,也为其他类似管理现场提供了可借鉴的范例。This article delves into the application of integrity management theory in the governance of HSE(health,safety,and environment)risks in overseas oilf ields.Addressing issues such as low levels of equipment management,simplistic personnel management concepts,and inadequate utilization of advanced professional technology,the article proposes an innovative management approach combining quantitative analysis and specialized techniques to enhance the overall level of HSE management.Measures such as establishing comprehensive equipment records,implementing regular equipment inspections and preventive maintenance,utilizing advanced technological means for equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis,have successfully addressed HSE risks posed by aging and vulnerable equipment,signif icantly reducing HSE risks.Taking a certain overseas oilf ield as an example,detailed practical experiences are provided on establishing an integrity management system,setting up an information system platform,implementing basic data entry systems,and promoting the application of advanced technologies.Practical results indicate that the introduction of integrity management theory has signif icantly improved the level of HSE management in overseas oilf ields.This management approach not only provides valuable insights for HSE management in overseas oilf ields but also offers exemplary practices for similar management scenarios elsewhere.
