摘　　要：随着化工行业的快速发展,化工企业面临的安全管理挑战日益增加。高风险的生产环境、复杂的工艺流程以及危险化学品的使用,使得安全事故的预防和控制成为企业管理的重中之重。随着化工行业的发展,如何有效构建安全文化和预防事故成为企业管理的重要课题。文章从化工企业安全文化建设的特点及其重要性出发,分析了事故预防的难点,并提出了相应的策略。With the rapid development of the chemical industry,chemical enterprises are facing increasing challenges in safety management.The high-risk production environment,complex process flow,and use of hazardous chemicals make the prevention and control of safety accidents a top priority in enterprise management.With the development of the chemical industry,how to effectively build a safety culture and prevent accidents has become an important issue in enterprise management.Starting from the characteristics and importance of safety culture construction in chemical enterprises,this article analyzes the diff iculties in accident prevention and proposes corresponding strategies.
