浅谈地质单位地勘文化建设的意义和路径

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展,地质工作面临着新形势、新任务、新要求,地质单位的文化建设显得尤为重要,优秀的地勘文化对提高单位的品牌影响力和职工归属感有较大的促进作用。如何加强地勘单位文化建设,助推单位高质量发展,文章结合工作实际,从理念体系、思想建设、宣传引导等方面探讨了一些切实可行的路径。With the development of the society economy,geological work is facing a new situation,new tasks and new requirements.cultural building of geological team is particularly important.Excellent geological culture plays an important role in improving brand influence and worker’s sense of belonging.How to strengthen the cultural building and communication of geological team to promote the high-quality development.Combined with the specif ic practices of the geological team,this paper discusses the feasible ways from the aspects of ideological construction,propaganda,ideology and so on.
