摘 要:随着石油企业工程活动日益频繁,为保障石油企业可持续发展和经济效益最大化,对项目采办过程进行有效的商务谈判正在逐步成为行业领域内的重点课题。如何与市场上不同供应商进行协商沟通,促进合作,实现用较低的资金投入获得最佳经济效益,是商务谈判的主要目的。文章介绍了石油企业工程项目采办过程中的商务谈判相关概念,并结合多年的研究和工作实践,分析石油企业工程项目采办过程中的商务谈判对策,为相关课题的解决提供参考借鉴。With the increasing frequency of engineering activities in petroleum enterprises,commercial negotiations on project procurement processes are gradually becoming a key issue in the industry to ensure sustainable development and maximize economic benef its.The main purpose of business negotiations is to negotiate and communicate with different suppliers in the market,promote cooperation,and achieve the best economic benef its with lower capital investment.This article introduces the concepts related to business negotiation in the procurement process of engineering projects in petroleum enterprises,and combines years of research and work practice to analyze the business negotiation strategies in the procurement process of engineering projects in petroleum enterprises.It is hoped that this article can provide reference for the resolution of related issues.
