摘　　要：文章基于行业特点和事故事件数据,分析了承包商事故趋势。针对海洋工程制造行业中承包商安全管理面临的主要问题和挑战,基于工程实践和管理分析,借鉴建筑工程行业的安全管理经验,重点从承包商单位本身和承包商人员两个维度,提出了一系列安全管理策略,包括资质审核、发包管理、人员准入和关键人员的管理等,介绍了信息化技术在承包商安全管理中的应用,旨在为海洋工程制造行业的安全管理提供理论指导和实践参考。Based on industry characteristics and accidents data,this paper analyzes the trend of contractor accidents.In view of the main problems and challenges faced by contractor safety management in the offshore engineering manufacturing industry,based on engineering practice and management analysis,drawing on the safety management experience of the construction engineering industry,a series of safety management strategies are proposed from two dimensions:the contractor organization itself and the contractor personnel,including qualif ication review,contract management,personnel access and key personnel management,etc.,furthermore,the application of information technology in contractor safety management is introduced,aiming to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for safety management in the offshore engineering manufacturing industry.
