摘  要:文章建立了一种高效液相色谱-二极管阵列(HPLC-DAD)检测法同时测定家具表面涂层中14种荧光增白剂的分析技术。通过对前处理条件及色谱条件优化,确定样品经过乙腈提取,在pH值为11的碱性环境下超声提取40 min,然后用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器对过膜后的萃取液进行分析。结果表明,14种荧光增白剂在一定质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数(r)均不低于0.998 2,检出限含量为0.8~6.1 mg/kg,加标后回收率达80.8%~111.5%,回收效果较好。经方法学考察,该方法可用于家具表面涂层中荧光增白剂的测定。A high-performance liquid chromatography-diode array(HPLC-DAD)detection method was established to simultaneously determine 14 fluorescent whitening agents in furniture surface coatings.By optimizing the pre-treatment and chromatographic conditions,it was determined that the sample was extracted with acetonitrile and subjected to ultrasonic extraction in an alkaline environment at pH 11 for 40 minutes.The extraction solution was then subjected to high-performance liquid chromatography diode array analysis after passing through the membrane.The results showed that the 14 fluorescent whitening agents had a good linear relationship within a certain concentration range,and the correlation coeff icients(r)were not less than 0.9982,with detection limits ranging from 0.8 mg/kg to 6.1 mg/kg.The spiked recovery rates were between 80.8%and 111.5%,indicating good accuracy.Methodological validation conf irmed that this method is suitable for the determination of fluorescent whitening agents in furniture surface coatings.
