石油管道储运安全事故分析及应对措施

摘　　要：在经济发展迅速的社会,石油成为支撑国家经济命脉的“黑色血液”。而管道作为石油运输的重要载体,可有效缓解国内能源资源分配不均局面,并促进经济高质量发展。石油管道在国内发展多年,已经贯通华中、华北、中南和西北部地区,形成了分布范围广、交叉密度大、复杂程度高的运输管网。文章将从自然因素、人为因素、腐蚀和管道本质特点4个方面研究分析石油管道安全事故原因,并依据管道储运特点和发展趋势提出应对措施,希望可以为企业在解决相关问题时提供有效的思路。Oil has been the pillar of the national economics lifeline as the black blood in the modern society with rapid economic development.Pipeline can effectively alleviate the uneven distribution of domestic energy resources,and promote high quality econonmic development as the oil carrier.Oil-pipeline has been developed for many years interiorly and through central,north,mid-south and northwest regions in China that has the festures of wide range of distribution,high cross-density and high complexity.The author will investigate and analyse the causes of oil-pipeline safety accidents from the aspects of natural factors,human factors,corrosion and essential characteristics of pipeline,and put forward reasonable responses according to the characteristics and development trend of pipeline storage and transportation.It is hoped that it can provide valid ideas for enterprises to solve relevant troubles.
