摘 要:在炼油厂回收氢源脱烃脱硫工艺领域,关键的挑战在于提高回收效率、降低硫含量,同时确保流程的经济性与可操作性。然而,现行技术面临着脱硫效率不足、能耗高以及工艺流程复杂等问题。针对这些问题,探讨J公司回收氢源脱烃脱硫工艺的优化方案。在炼油厂工程概括中,指出公司采用一系列高效技术措施和管理策略,以提高炼油效率、降低能耗,并严格控制硫化物排放。积极开展技术创新和研发工作,持续优化脱烃脱硫工艺,提升氢气回收率,确保产品质量和环境友好;针对J公司的工艺进行详细的参数设计,在柴油吸收塔催化柴油流量的分析中,通过对柴油吸收塔的设计,包括塔设备类型及选择、工艺计算等方面的讨论,优化工艺参数以提高脱硫效率。同时,在脱硫塔的设计中,选定了适合的塔类型,并进行脱硫塔工艺计算,以确保脱硫效果符合要求。通过对柴油吸收塔催化柴油流量与脱硫塔塔板数分析的深入探讨,旨在实现高效脱烃脱硫,促进炼油厂氢源回收技术的进步。The key challenge in the f ield of hydrogen source recovery,dehydrogenation,and desulfurization processes in ref ineries is to improve recovery eff iciency,reduce sulfur content,while ensuring the economy and operability of the process.However,current technology faces problems such as insuff icient desulfurization eff iciency,high energy consumption,and complex process flow.The optimization scheme for J Company’s hydrocarbon desulfurization process is discussed in light of existing challenges.The refinery project summary highlights the company’s implementation of eff icient technical measures and management strategies to enhance refining efficiency,reduce energy consumption,and strictly control sulfur emissions.The company actively engages in technological innovation and R&D to continuously improve the desulfurization process,enhance hydrogen recovery,and ensure product quality and environmental sustainability.In the analysis of the catalytic diesel flow in the diesel absorber,detailed design parameters—including equipment type selection and process calculations—are optimized to improve desulfurization efficiency.The appropriate tower type is selected for the desulfurization tower,with process calculations ensuring compliance with desulfurization requirements.Through an in-depth analysis of catalytic diesel flow and absorber tower configuration,the goal is to achieve efficient hydrocarbon desulfurization while advancing hydrogen recovery technology within the refinery.
