摘  要:目的用高效液相色谱法测定麻杏止咳片中绿原酸的含量。方法采用XB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温20℃,检测波长为326 nm,进样量为10μL。HPLC法测定麻杏止咳片中绿原酸的含量。结果绿原酸的进样量在0.625~15.000μg(R^(2)=0.9973)范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好。平均回收率为100.73%,RSD=1.05%。结论所建立的方法准确,重现性好,可用于麻杏止咳片中绿原酸含量的测定。Objective To determine the content of chlorogenic acid in Maxing Zhike Tablets by HPLC.Methods A XB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)column was used,the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,the column temperature was 20℃,the detection wavelength was 326 nm,and the injection volume was 10μL.Simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid in Maxing Zhike Tablets by HPLC.Results The linear relationship between the injection volume of chlorogenic acid and the peak area was good in the range of 0.625~15.000μg(R^(2)=0.9973).The linear relationship was good.The average recovery was 100.73%with RSD=1.05%.Conclusion The established method is accurate,reproducible and can be used for the determination of chlorogenic acid in Maxing Zhike Tablets.
