莉芙敏片治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经期综合症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察莉芙敏片治疗妇科恶性肿瘤术后绝经期综合症(PMSGM)的疗效。方法将我院120例PMSGM患者随机分为研究组与对照组各60例。对照组采用替勃龙片治疗,研究组采用莉芙敏片治疗。比较两组治疗前后总有效缓解率,改良Kupperman(KI)评分、绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL)评分、焦虑和抑郁自评量表(SAS、SDS)评分、雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、β-胶原降解产物(β-CTx)和Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)水平及治疗过程异常反应。结果治疗后,研究组总有效缓解率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗第2、4个月研究组KI评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组MENQOL4个维度,SAS、SDS评分,LH,β-CTx,PINP水平均低于治疗前,E2水平高于治疗前;研究组MENQOL4个维度,SAS、SDS评分,LH,β-CTx,PINP水平低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗过程中复查心电图、肝肾功能未见异常,随访过程中无不适主诉。结论莉芙敏片可明显缓解PMSGM患者的症状、焦虑和抑郁情绪,调节性激素和骨代谢水平,提高生活质量,短期安全性高,不良反应少。Objective To observe the efficacy of Livmin Tablets in treatment of menopausal syndrome(PMSGM)after gynecologic malignancy.Methods A total of 120 PMSGM patients were randomly divided into s tudy group and control group,with 60 cases each.Control group was treated with Tibolone Tablets,and study group was treated with Livmin Tablets.The total effective response rate before and after treatment,the levels of modified Kupperman(KI),menopausal quality of life scale(MENQOL),anxiety and depression self-rating scale(SAS,SDS),estradiol(E_2)and luteinizing hormone(LH),β-collagen degradation products(β-CTx),type I procollagen amino terminal propeptide(PINP),and abnormal reactions during treatment in the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the effective response rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);on the 2nd and 4th months of treatment,KI score of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);E_2 levels in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and was higher in study group than that in control group;MENQOL4 dimensions,SAS and SDS,LH,β-CTx and PIMP levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in study group than those in control group(P<0.05);during the treatment,telectrocardiogram and liver and kidney function were rechecked,and no abnormalities were found,and there were no complaints of discomfort during the follow-up.Conclusion Livmin Tablets can significantly alleviate the symptoms,anxiety and depression of PMS GM patients,regulate the level of sex hormones and bone metabolism,improve the quality of life,and has high short-term safety and less adverse reactions.
