六磨汤对脑瘫合并便秘患儿菌群多样性、肠道功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察六磨汤对脑瘫合并便秘患儿菌群多样性、肠道功能的影响。方法将我院脑瘫合并便秘(气机郁滞证)患儿120例随机分为六磨汤组与对照组各60例。对照组给予常规治疗,六磨汤组给予常规治疗加六磨汤口服。比较两组治疗前后肠道功能、生活质量评分和肠道菌群情况。结果治疗后六磨汤组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);六磨汤组排便频率、大便性状评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),排便困难程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);六磨汤组Chao1指数、ACE指数和Shannon指数均低于对照组(P<0.05)Simpson指数高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用六磨汤治疗脑瘫合并便秘患儿可明显改善患儿的肠道功能、生活质量及肠道菌群特征。Objective To observe the effects of Liumo Decoction on bacterial diversity and intestinal function in children with cerebral palsy and constipation.Methods 120 children with cerebral palsy and constipation(qi stagnation syndrome)were randomly divided into Liumo Decoction group and control group with 60 cases each.Control group was given conventional treatment,and Liumo Decoction group was given Liumo Decoction on the basis of control group.Intestinal function,quality of life score and intestinal flora were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of Liumo Decoction group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);the defecation frequency,stool trait score and quality of life score in Liumo Decoction group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the score of defecation difficulty in Liumo Decoction group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05);Chao1,ACE and Shannon indexes in Liumo Decoction group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and Simpson index in Liumo Decoction group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Liumo Decoction can significantly improve the intestinal function,quality of life and intestinal flora characteristics of the children with cerebral palsy and constipation.
