颈痛颗粒联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察颈痛颗粒联合推拿治疗神经根型颈椎病(CR)临床疗效。方法将两院86例CR患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各43例。对照组采用推拿治疗,治疗组采用颈痛颗粒联合推拿治疗。比较两组总好转率、疼痛和日本骨科学会(JOA)CR评分、颈椎活动度、Cobb角、正中神经和尺神经F波传导速度及中医症候积分。结果治疗后,治疗组总好转率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VAS、中医症候评分均低于治疗前JOA评分、颈椎活动度和Cobb角、正中神经和尺神经F波传导速度均高于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组上述指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)治疗组随访6个月复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论颈痛颗粒联合推拿治疗CR疗效确切,能显著减轻疼痛,提高颈椎功能,增加神经传导速速度,缓解中医症候,降低复发率。Objective To observe the efficacy of Jingtong Granules combined with massage in treatment of cervical radiculopathy(CR).Methods A total of 86 CR patient were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 43cases each.Control group was treated with massage,and treatment group received Jingtong Granules on the basis of control group.The total improvement rate,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)CR score,cervical spine mobility,Cobb angle,median nerve and ulnar nerve F wave conduction velocity,and TCM syndrome score were compared between the two groups.Results The overall improvement rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);VAS scores and TCM syndrome in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and were lower in treatment group than control group(P<0.05);the JOA score,cervical spine mobility and F-wave velocity of Cobb angle,median nerve and ulnar nerve in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and were higher in treatment group than those in control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of treatment group was lower than that of control group at 6 months of follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingtong Granules combined with massage has a definite curative effect in treatment of CR,it can significantly relieve pain,improve cervical spine function,increase nerve conduction velocity,alleviate TCM symptoms,and reduce recurrence rate.
