摘  要:酒制可引药上行、增效减毒、缓解寒性中药过偏之性产生的副作用。“酒制升提”指导着中药药性理论的研究和“寒性”中药的炮制与临床应用。本文研究酒制对寒性中药的物质基础、药理药效、作用机制等的作用,揭示“酒制升提”炮制理论的发生发展与科学内涵,为深度挖掘“酒制升提”炮制理论的现实研究与应用提供参考与思路。Wine can lead to the upward movement of medicine,increase efficiency and reduce toxicity,and alleviate the side effects caused by the excessive nature of“cold”Chinese medicine.The processing theory of“wine processing for uplifting”guides the research on the theory of medicinal properties of Chinese medicine and the processing and clinical application of“cold”Chinese medicine.This article studies the effect of wine production on the material basis,pharmacological efficacy,and mechanism of action of“cold”Chinese medicine,reveals the occurrence,development and scientific connotation of the processing theory of“wine production and upgrading”,and provides reference and ideas for in-depth exploration of the practical research and application of the processing theory of“wine processing for uplifting”.
