摘　　要：随着文物数字化保护工作技术能力的提升、效率的提高、范围的拓展,数据量和数据种类、复杂性的不断增加,传统的数字资产管理模式无法满足敦煌研究院对石窟海量数字资产的安全永久存储、科学管理及高效应用的需要。本文深入分析OAIS的概念框架及流程和功能,为敦煌石窟数字资产生产、存储、管理、利用及永久保存等管理工作规范及流程提供标准化概念和策略,结合敦煌石窟数字资产管理需求及特点,研究敦煌石窟数字资产管理平台系统设计,实现敦煌石窟数字资产的永久存储、精准及智能化检索以及切实可行的应用授权模式,确保高效应用的同时做好知识产权保护。In recent years,because of the expansion of the scope of digital conservation,the continual increase of digitized content,and the varying range of types and complexity of digital data,traditional models for the management of digital assets can no longer satisfy the needs of the Dunhuang Academy for the permanent storage,scientific management and efficient analysis of the massive amount of data related to the Dunhuang cave temples.This paper presents a deep analysis of the conceptual framework and multiple functions of the digital information reference model OAIS(Open Archival Information System);in addition,this overview provides several standardized concepts and strategies for the production,storage,management,utilization,and permanent preservation of the digital assets of the Dunhuang caves.By combining the requirements and characteristics specific to the management of the digital assets of Dunhuang archaeological sites,an analysis on the design of the Dunhuang Grottoes Digital Asset Management Platform has been conducted in order to streamline both the permanent storage and the precise retrieval of Dunhuang’s digital assets,and to ensure the efficient application of new digital infrastructure while ensuring the protection of valuable intellectual property.
