摘　　要：肺动脉漂浮导管(Swan-Ganz导管)检查已有50余年历史,其在心力衰竭患者的血流动力学评估中占有重要地位。尽管无创检测技术逐渐替代了传统的有创血流动力学评估方式,但随着心力衰竭患者的临床表型日益复杂,Swan-Ganz导管的使用频率在近十余年来开始逐渐增加。本文主要介绍Swan-Ganz导管在不同类型心力衰竭患者诊疗中的应用进展。Swan-Ganz catheter has a history of over 50 years and plays an important role in the hemodynamic evaluation of heart failure patients.Although non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring techniques have gradually replaced traditional invasive hemodynamic monitoring techniques,the use of Swan-Ganz catheter has gradually increased in the past decade as the clinical phenotype of heart failure patients becomes increasingly complicated.This paper mainly introduces the progress of Swan-Ganz catheter in the diagnosis and treatment of various types of patients with heart failure.
