摘　　要：社交媒体数据是支撑公共话语和信息扩散研究的重要数据源。作为档案数据的一种资源形态,社交媒体数据档案化治理是释放数据能量的必然趋势。在社交媒体数据档案价值彰显、自身管理局限和档案数据治理要求下,应将社交媒体数据纳入信息资源范畴。通过网络调查和文献研究,总结美国国会图书馆Twitter项目实践境况。从健全法规政策体系、构建多元主体协同治理机制、推进开放共享三个方面建构我国社交媒体数据档案化治理路径。Social media data is an important data source supporting the research of public discourse and information diffusion. As a resource form of archival data,the archivization governance of social media data is an inevitable trend to release data energy. Under the requirements of the clear value of social media data archives,self-management limitations and archival data governance,social media data should be included in the scope of information resources. Summarize the practice of the Library of Congress through online survey and literature research. The archival governance path of China's archivization governance of social media data is onstructed from three aspects: improving the legal and policy system,building the mechanism of multisubject collaborative governance mechanism and promoting open sharing.
