摘　　要：党的十一届三中全会以来,邓小平以无产阶级政治家的胆略和气魄,深刻洞察国际局势,准确把握当今世界时代特征,以马克思主义的战略眼光高度审视中国和世界的发展问题,领导并推动我国的改革开放和社会主义现代化建设不断向前发展,逐步形成了对外开放的思想。邓小平对外开放思想具有鲜明的特点,进一步丰富和发展了马克思主义,特别是毛泽东思想中关于社会主义国家对外开放的认识,成为中国特色社会主义理论体系的有机组成部分,指导着中国特色社会主义的伟大实践,为新时代高水平对外开放、全面推进中国式现代化强国建设提供了有益的启示。Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the CPC,Deng Xiaoping,with the boldness of vision and courage of a proletarian statesman,had a deep insight into the international situation,accurately grasped the characteristics of the current world era,and examined the development of China and the world with a high degree of Marxist strategic vision,leading and promoting the reform and opening up of China and the socialist modernization of China in a continuous forward movement,and gradually shaped the idea of opening up to the outside world.Deng Xiaoping's thoughts on opening up to the outside world has distinctive features,further enriches and develops the understanding of opening up to the outside world of socialist countries in Marxism,especially in Mao Zedong Thought,and becomes an integral part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,guiding the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,and providing valuable inspiration for opening up to the outside world at a high level and comprehensively advancing the construction of a modernized and powerful country of Chinese style in the new era.
