摘 要:潜孔钻机是矿山爆破穿孔的主要设备,使用量很大,潜孔钻头是潜孔钻机关键部件之一,决定潜孔钻机成孔效率和最终成孔质量。本文利用仿生穿山甲楔齿形原理对潜孔钻头进行了结构设计,并探讨了加工安装工艺。经矿山现场工业性试验,在同等工况条件下,此种潜孔钻头钻孔效率提高,以φ152钻头(6吋)配套高气压潜孔冲击器测得的凿孔速度数据综合分析表明,仿生穿山甲楔齿形潜孔钻头凿孔速度比普通球齿潜孔钻头提高12%~18%。DTH drilling rigs are major equipment for blast holes in mines with high usage.The drill bits are one of the key components of the DTH drilling rigs,which determines the drilling efficiency and final quality of the blast holes.Based on the principle of pangolin-based bionic wedge-tooth shape,the structure design and processing and installation technology of the drill bit are discussed.As shown in field industrial test in mines,the drilling efficiency of this type of drill bits are improved.Based on data of drilling speed ofϕ152 drill bits(6 inches)attached on high-pressure DTH hammers,comprehensive analysis shows that DTH drill bits with pangolin-based bionic wedge tooth provide a 12%-18%higher drilling speed compared with regular DTH drill bits with spherical teeth.
