摘 要:针对煤矿井下因留设煤柱造成的回采率低、巷道掘进量大、安全性差等问题,设计采用“110工法”增加了煤炭资源回采率。以三交河矿10-207工作面为工程背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟和实践相结合方法,模拟分析出最佳的切顶孔角度和切顶高度。通过对切顶后巷道顶板的动态监测,当切顶角度为5°,切顶高度为20.5 m时,能确保切顶顺槽巷道顶板的位移下沉量最小,从而有利于巷道的管理和维护。For low rate of recovery,high roadway excavation and poor safety duo to maintaining the pillar underground in a coal mine,“110 Method”is designed to increase the rate of recovery of coal resource.In the context of 10-207 working face of Sanjiaohe Coal Mine,the angle of the roof cutting hole and roof cutting height are simulated and analyzed via the theoretical analysis,value simulation combined with practice.After dynamic monitoring of the roof cut roadway,it’s concluded that the minimum roof settlement of the roof cut roadway is ensured when the roof cutting angle is 5°and the roof cutting height is 20.5m,which facilitate the management and maintenance of the roadway.
