摘　　要：大红山矿业运用多种采矿方法与选矿方法,安全管理难度和复杂程度较大,是全国特大型复杂地下矿山。阐述大红山矿业“11538”安全管控体系的构建和内容,通过该体系的实施,培育员工共同认可的安全价值观和安全行为规范,在企业内部营造自我约束、自主管理和团队管理的安全文化氛围,持续改善安全绩效的探索与实践。Dahongshan Mining uses a variety of mining methods and beneficiation methods,with great difficulty and complexity in safety management.It is an extra-large complex underground mine in China.This paper expounds the construction and content of“11538”safety control system in Dahongshan Mining.Through the implementation of this system,it can establish safety values and safety behavior norms commonly recognized by employees,create a safety culture atmosphere of self-restraint,independent management and team management within the enterprise,and continuously improve the exploration and practice of safety performance.
