摘  要:初步探究了处理温度对造纸浆料纤维性能及成纸指标的影响。结果表明:低温冷冻处理纤维会造成纤维断裂,纤维长度变短,纤维宽度增大,细小纤维含量增加,浆料游离度降低。而高温对其影响并不明显,但是温度过高会加剧浆料的返黄,造成木浆D65亮度下降。冷冻后的浆料抄造的成纸松厚度增大,强度明显降低,而高温处理后的浆料由于纤维卷曲变形,强度也会有所降低。Preliminary exploration was conducted on the influence of processing temperature on the fiber properties and paper forming indicators of papermaking pulp.The results indicate that low-temperature freezing treatment of fibers can cause fiber fracture,shorten fiber length and increase fiber width.The increase in fine fiber content leads to a decrease in the free degree of the slurry.The impact of high temperature on it is not significant.However,excessive temperature can exacerbate the yellowing of the pulp,causing a decrease in the brightness of its wood pulp D65.The thickness of the paper produced by the frozen pulp increases and the strength significantly decreases,while the strength of the pulp after high-temperature treatment also decreases due to the curling deformation of the fibers.
