摘　　要：“加拿大标准”游离度仪能否稳定地工作,影响着生产中产品质量和各项物理指标的稳定性。本文分析了“加拿大标准”游离度仪在实际生产使用中常见的疑难问题,给出处理方法,并制定了统一标准的游离度仪校正表格和日常维护清理规程,以保证检测数据的准确性。The stable operation of the“Canadian standard”freeness meter affects the quality of products and the stability of various physical indicators in production.This article analyzes the common difficult problems in the practical production and use of the“Canadian Standard”ionization meter,and provides solutions.This article also elaborates on the development of a unified standard calibration table and daily maintenance and cleaning procedures for the dissociation meter to ensure the accuracy of detection data.
