摘 要:小麦条锈病是小麦上的重要病害之一,培育和利用小麦抗病品种是防治小麦条锈病的最佳手段。小麦地方品种中蕴含着丰富的抗条锈病基因资源,其携带的连锁累赘相对较少,又易于消除,定位地方品种中抗条锈病QTL(quantitative trait locus)以增加抗源数量和抗病稳定性对小麦的生产安全有重要意义。目前有关小麦地方品种对条锈病抗性的报道较少,本文简要介绍了小麦条锈病发生和危害的基本情况,归纳了多种常应用于小麦抗条锈病基因(QTL)定位工作当中的DNA分子标记技术,并综述了国内外小麦地方品种中抗条锈病基因(QTL)定位的研究进展,以期为辅助抗条锈病品种的选育提供理论依据。Wheat stripe rust is an important disease.Cultivating and planting resistant varieties is the best way to control wheat stripe rust.Wheat landraces contain abundant genetic resources for resistance to stripe rust,which carry relatively less linkage drag and are easy to eliminate.Mapping quantitative trait locus for resistance to stripe rust in wheat landraces to increase the number of resistance resources and the stability of resistance is of great significance for wheat production.There are few articles about wheat landraces resistant to stripe rust to date.This paper briefly introduced the basic situation of the occurrence and damage of wheat stripe rust,summarized various DNA molecular marker techniques applied to gene(QTL)mapping of wheat resistance to stripe rust,and reviewed the progress of gene(QTL)mapping to stripe rust in domestic and abroad wheat landraces.This paper will provide theoretical basis for assisting breeding selection for resistance to stripe rust in wheat.
