摘　　要：我国农村非农就业人口呈现出较大的性别鸿沟,有序推进农村女性非农就业对实现乡村振兴、推进城乡共同富裕具有重要意义。本文基于2018年“中国综合社会调查”(CGSS)数据,探究互联网使用、性别角色观念对农村女性非农就业的影响及作用机制。研究发现:(1)互联网使用对农村女性非农就业参与具有显著的“挤入”效应。其中,信息型互联网使用对农村女性非农就业具有积极的正向影响,能够促进农村女性非农就业参与;且互联网使用频率越高,对农村女性非农就业的“挤入”作用越明显。(2)现代化的性别角色观念对农村女性非农就业亦呈现出显著的“挤入”效应,在互联网使用与农村女性非农就业之间发挥部分中介作用;相比于互联网使用频率,性别角色观念在信息型互联网使用对非农就业的“挤入”效应中所发挥的中介作用更强。China's rural non-farm employment population shows a large gender gap,and the orderly promotion of rural women's non-farm employment transfer is of great significance to the realization of rural revitalization and the promotion of common prosperity in urban and rural areas.Based on the data from the 2018 China General Social Survey(CGSS),this paper explores the impact of internet use and gender role concepts on rural women's non-agricultural employment and its mechanism.This paper finds that:(1)Internet use has a significant“crowding-in”effect on rural women's participation in non-farm employment.Among them,information-based internet use has a positive impact on rural women's non-agricultural employment and can promote rural women's participation in non-agricultural employment.The higher the frequency of internet use,the more obvious the“crowding-in”effect on rural women's non-agricultural employment.(2)Modernized gender role concepts also show a significant“crowding-in”effect on rural women's non-farm employment and play a partly intermediary role in the relationship between internet use and rural women's non-farm employment.Compared with the frequency of internet use,gender role concepts play a more significant role in the“crowding-in”effect of information-based internet use on non-farm employment.
