摘 要:日本鳗鲡(Anguilla japonica)的繁育是一个世界性难题,是当前鳗鱼产业最艰难也是最关键的环节。由于缺乏受精卵孵化和仔鱼生长在营养需求上的基础信息,因此开口饵料的选择成为成功培育人工鳗苗的瓶颈问题。文章通过总结近年来对日本鳗鲡亲本催熟催产方法的探索,以及其开口饵料在配方、制备工艺和应用方面的比较分析,从营养需求的角度概述了仔鱼开口饵料筛选方面的进展,并提出近期拟重点聚焦的思路和方向。The breeding of Japanese eel(Anguilla japonica)is a global challenge which is the most difficult and critical link in the current eel industry.Due to the lack of basic information on the nutrient requirements of fertilized egg hatching and larval growth,the selection of initial feeds has become a bottleneck in the successful breeding of artificial eel larvae.This paper reviewed the methods of promoting maturation of broodstock,compared and analyzed the formulation,preparation process and application of initial feed in recent years.The recent progress in the selection of initial feeds for Japanese eel larvae was summarized from the perspective of nutritional requirements,and the ideas and directions for future focus were proposed.
