摘 要:发电机是电力生产的关键设备之一,其安全稳定运行对于供电的可靠性有着极为重要的作用。通过锤击法对某电厂发电机定子绕组端部进行模态试验分析,获得定子绕组端部的动力特性及线棒、引线固有频率,以指导定子绕组端部大修期间的检查维护,确保汽轮发电机在运行期间不发生较大振动或共振,提升机组安全运行水平。Steam turbine generator is one of the key equipment for generating electricity,and its safe and stable operation plays an extremely important role in the reliability of power supply.Modal test analysis was conducted on the end of a generator stator windings in a power plant through the hammering method to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the end of stator windings as well as the intrinsic frequencies of the bars and leads so as to guide the inspection and maintenance activities during the overhauls on the end of stator windings so as to ensure the steam turbine generator not to experience significant vibration or resonance during operation and improve the safe operation level of the generator sets.
