摘　　要：本文针对数字经济发展战略下档案信息化转型升级问题,在系统梳理档案信息化发展历程基础上,对档案信息化的目标、任务和要求进行分析,提出了将数字经济融入档案信息化转型升级的框架模型,并提出目标化统筹引领、阶梯化分步实施和要素化增值驱动等档案信息化转型升级的建设思路。This article focuses on the transformation and upgrading of archive informatization under the development strategy of digital economy.Based on a systematic review of the development process of archive informatization,it analyzes the goals,tasks,and requirements of archive informatization,proposes a framework model for integrating digital economy into archive informatization transformation and upgrading,and proposes construction ideas for archive informatization transformation and upgrading,such as targeted overall guidance,step-by-step implementation,and factor driven value-added.
