摘　　要：档案公共文化服务是推进文化事业发展的动力之一。国家文化数字化战略下,档案公共文化服务迎来了转型发展的契机,服务内容趋向立体化、服务手段呈现创新性、服务成效更具普惠性。立足国家文化数字化战略的发展要求,提出档案公共文化服务转型的推进策略,指出要识别用户需求,坚持文化服务导向;聚焦资源建设,夯实文化服务底座;搭建服务平台,打造文化服务空间;提供优质内容,推动实现双效统一。Public cultural services in Archives are one of the driving for ces for the development of cultural undertakings.Under the national cultural digitalization strategy,the transformation and development of public cultural services in Archives have been presented with opportunities.The content of services is trending towards three-dimensional,the means of service are innovative,and the effectiveness of services is more inclusive.Based on the development requirements of the national cultural digitalization strategy,this paper proposes strategies to promote the transformation of public cultural services in Archives.It points out the need to identify user needs and adhere to the orientation of cultural services;focus on resource construction to consolidate the foundation of cultural services;build service platforms to create cultural service spaces;provide high-quality content to promote the unification of dual effects.
