摘 要:本研究以某钨矿深孔分段爆破成井项目为背景,利用LS-DYNA非线性动力有限元软件进行了深孔一次凿岩分段爆破条件下的段高参数优化模拟。通过比较不同掏槽孔微差起爆顺序,发现相邻炮孔同时起爆的掏槽效果优于对向炮孔同时起爆的效果。研究结果揭示了随着段高的增加,装药量及岩石的炸药单耗同步增加。特别在2.3 m和2.6 m段高成井时,不仅成井效果较好,而且飞石产生较少。工业试验进一步验证了模拟结果的准确性,证实采用2.6 m分段高度进行分段爆破在实际工程中能够达到较佳的爆破效果。这些研究成果不仅为该钨矿深孔分段爆破成井项目提供了科学依据,同时也为类似工程提供了宝贵的经验和方法参考。This study focuses on a deep-hole segmented blasting project of a tungsten mine and uses LS-DYNA nonlinear dynamic finite element software to optimize segment height parameters under segmented blasting conditions for deep-hole drilling.By comparing the slightly different detonation sequences of different cutting holes,it was found that the cutting effect of simultaneous detonation of adjacent holes is better than that of simultaneous detonation of opposite holes.The research results reveal that as the segment height increases,both the charge amount and the explosive consumption per unit of rock increase correspondingly.Specifically,when blasting at segment heights of 2.3 m and 2.6 m,not only is the well completion effect better,but less flyrock is produced.Industrial experiments further validated the accuracy of the simulation results,confirming that using a 2.6 m segmented height for segmented blasting can achieve better blasting effects in practical engineering.These research results not only provide scientific basis for the deep hole segmented blasting well completion project of the tungsten mine,but also provide valuable experience and methodological reference for similar projects.
