摘 要:仲钨酸铵(Ammonium Paratungstate,APT)是钨冶炼过程的中间产物,在整个钨产业链中具有承前启后的重要作用。本文概述了工业上应用较广的APT生产工艺路线,阐述了其基本原理及工业应用效果,分析比较了钨原料的分解、高纯钨酸铵溶液的制备、APT产品的制备三个重要工段不同工艺的机理和优缺点;介绍了钨废水工业处理工艺流程,分析了废水中氨氮和砷的除去方法;最后探讨了现有APT工业生产工艺的问题与不足,展望了APT工业生产及钨冶炼行业今后发展方向及研究重点。Ammonium paratungstate(APT)is an intermediate product in tungsten smelting and plays an important role in the entire tungsten industry chain as a link between the past and the future.This article outlines the widely used APT production process routes in industry,explaining their basic principles and industrial application effects.The mechanisms,advantages,and disadvantages of different processes in three important stages were analyzed and compared:decomposition of tungsten raw materials,purification of high-purity ammonium tungstate solution,and APT production.Furthermore,we introduced the industrial treatment process of tungsten wastewater,with a focus on analyzing the removal methods of ammonia nitrogen and arsenic in wastewater.Finally,the problems and shortcomings of existing industrial production APT processes were discussed,along with potential future development directions and research priorities for APT industrial production and the tungsten smelting industry.
