湖南精准扶贫经验海外传播效果考察

摘  要:湖南以精准扶贫首倡地的政治担当,书写了脱贫攻坚的精彩答卷,为我国实现全面脱贫作出了积极贡献。依据对来自18个国家和地区的513份有效问卷的分析结果,发现湖南精准扶贫经验与成果在海外的传播力度和效果均十分有限,但海外受众对湖南精准扶贫的经验和成果表现出兴趣和需求。基于此,提出丰富传播主体类型和以新媒介为主的传播渠道、增加讯息的传播数量和频次、针对性开发译传素材并实施共生传播等策略,旨在提升湖南的国际影响力,助力“三高四新”战略的实施。With the political responsibility of being the“birthplace”of targeted poverty alleviation,Hunan has written a wonderful answer to poverty alleviation,and made positive contributions to the realization of comprehensive poverty alleviation in China.Through the analysis of 513 valid questionnaires from 18 countries and regions,it is found that the overseas communication of targeted poverty alleviation experience of Hunan Province is not enough both in terms of force and effect,but overseas audiences show interest and demand for them.Based on the findings of the survey,strategies are proposed,including enriching communication subjects and new-media-based communication channels,increasing the amount and frequency of information in communication,and carrying out mutual communication via diversified translations,with the purpose of enhancing the international influence of Hunan Province,and promoting the implementation of the“three-high and four-new”strategies.
