摘  要:数字光学处理技术(digital light processing,DLP)光固化打印具有较高的打印效率与成型精度,因此在3D打印领域有着较高的应用价值,但在一些模型制造等需要运用3D打印的场景中,打印较大尺寸的物体时,由于数字微型显示芯片(digital micromirror device,DMD)尺寸的限制,很难使用单个光机完成大幅面打印。为解决此问题,采用多光机拼接打印,将大尺寸切片再次切片分给两台光机进行拼接打印,再通过调整接缝处的能量密度以实现较大尺寸的打印。经过试验可知,拼接打印的精度与强度较好,且打印面积从150 mm×120 mm扩大到了150 mm×237 mm。DLP lithography printing has high application value in the field of 3D printing due to its high printing efficiency and molding accuracy,and in some scenarios that require the use of 3D printing,such as model manufacturing,when larger objects need to be printed,it is impossible to use a single optical machine to complete the large format due to the limitation of DMD chip size.In order to solve this problem,multi-optical machine splicing printing is used,and the large-size slice is divided into two optical machines for splicing and printing,and then the grayscale at the seam is adjusted to achieve larger-size printing.After experiments,it can be seen that the accuracy and strength of splicing printing are better,and the printing area is expanded from 150 mm×120 mm to 150 mm×237 mm.
