集体行动理论视角下农户参与农业技术培训的内在逻辑

摘　　要：从集体行动理论视角,分析了农户参与瑞昌市N乡山药技术培训的现状与问题,提出了优化培训内容、提高农户参与度、加强后续支持、强化科技创新与应用等策略,旨在通过集体行动促进技术知识的普及,提升山药产业的整体效率与竞争力,支持乡村振兴战略的实施。From the perspective of collective action theory,the present situation and problems of peasant households participating in rural Dioscorea polystachya technical training in N township of Ruichang City were analyzed.Based on this,strategies such as optimizing training content,increasing farmer participation,strengthening follow-up support,and strengthening scientific and technological innovation and application were proposed,aiming to promote the popularization of technical knowledge through collective actions,improve the overall efficiency and competitiveness of Dioscorea polystachya industry,and support the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
