摘　　要：从口蹄疫疫苗自身因素、动物自身因素、人为因素、抗体检测过程产生的抗体水平偏低因素等方面概述分析口蹄疫疫苗免疫失败的原因,并有针对性地提出防控对策,可以更好地防控口蹄疫,促进养殖业持续促健康发展。The reasons for the immunization failure of FMD vaccine were summarized and analyzed from the aspects of FMD vaccine self-factors,animal self-factors,human factors,low antibody levels generated during antibody detection,etc.,and targeted prevention and control countermeasures were proposed,which could better prevent and control FMD and promote the sustainable and healthy development of aquaculture industry.
