周作楫在黔宦迹考略

摘　　要：周作楫是江西泰和县进士,其在道光十八年(1838)六月为官入黔到咸丰三年(1853)冬离任。在贵州的十五年里,先后历官贵州铜仁府知府、都匀府都江通判、思南府知府、都匀府知府、遵义府知府、兴义府知府(未到任)、贵阳府知府、贵州粮储道(三任),贵东道、贵州按察使、贵州提学道、贵东道。周作楫在黔期间的政绩良多,主要表现在修纂府志、兴学重教、造福百姓等方面。通过爬梳方志、档案、奏折等相关文献,深入讨论周作楫的在黔宦迹及其在黔政绩。Zhou Zuoji was a Jinshi from Taihe County,Jiangxi Province.During his fifteen years from entering Guizhou as an official in June of the 18th year of the Daoguang reign(1838)to leaving Guizhou in the winter of the 3rd year of the Xianfeng reign(1853),he successively served as the magistrate of Tongren Prefecture,Dujiang Tongjian Prefecture,Sinan Prefecture,Duyun Prefecture,Zunyi Prefecture,Xingyi Prefecture(not yet in office),Guiyang Prefecture,Guizhou Grain Reserve Road(three terms),Guidong Road,Guizhou Inspector,Guizhou Tixue Road,and Guidong Road.During his time in Guizhou,Zhou Zuoji had many achievements,mainly manifested in compiling official records,promoting education,and benefiting the people.By combing through local chronicles,archives,memorials,and other relevant literature,we will delve into Zhou Zuoji's achievements as an official in Guizhou and his political achievements in Guizhou.
