摘 要:车辆可靠性试验是汽车开发流程中的重要一环,其试验规范的合理性对车辆的成本与耐久性能有着重要影响。随着具备车联网功能的汽车大规模推广,使得获取准确的大样本实际用户数据成为可能。而大数据技术在数据挖掘能力上的优异表现,为其在车辆可靠性试验规范开发中的应用提供了广阔空间。文章介绍了运用车联网大数据在车辆可靠性试验规范开发领域的五种应用探索:用户行为特性分析、车辆部件操作次数统计、用户道路类型比例预测、用户驾驶风格识别、用户工况制定,涵盖了整车道路和台架可靠性试验,为其试验规范的合理开发提供新的思路和参考价值。Vehicle reliability testing is an important part of the automotive development process,and the rationality of testing specifications has a significant impact on testing cost and durability performance of vehicles.With the large-scale promotion of the Internet of vehicles,it is possible to obtain accurate data on actual users with large samples.The excellent performance of big data technology in data mining capabilities provides broad space for its application in the development of vehicle reliability test specifications.This article introduces five applications of Internet of vehicles big data in vehicle reliability test specification development field:user travelling habit analysis,vehicle component operation frequency statistics,user road type proportion prediction,user driving style recognition,and user working condition formulation.It covers vehicle road and bench reliability testing,providing new ideas and reference value for the rational development of its test specifications.
